Deposit and Final
Payment
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% applies and balance of
payment is required eight (8) weeks prior to departure. Payment can
be made by Check or Wire transfer. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to
change due to currency fluctuations.
Prices are guaranteed upon receipt of final payment.
Itinerary & Documents
A detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents and vouchers
are issued upon full payment.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via
mail or fax to Shamrock Golf Tours, Inc. and is subject to
the following per person cancellation charges:

Travel Insurance
Shamrock Golf Tours, Inc. is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended to insure your upcoming trip in order to protect both you and your trip investment.

Changes
An administrative fee of $ 35 per change, per person, applies
for any changes requested by a client after deposit has been
received and confirmation issued. Changes may not be made
less than 45 days before travel, except with the express
written approval of Shamrock Golf Tours, Inc.
Unused Portions
In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of booked
itineraries. Green fees are not refundable for any reason
other than the formal closure of the course by the golf club
concerned.
Car Rental
Car rental includes unlimited mileage and CDW. Each car day
included in a tour consists of a 24-hour period beginning
when the car is picked up. No refund will be made for cars
used for less than a 24-hour period. If a hire-rental is
returned outside the 24-hour period, additional charges may
apply. Car rental does not include taxes, local assessments,
liability insurance, drop off charges, gas, collision damage
waiver, personal accident insurance or personal effects protection.
Additional charges incurred must be paid directly to the
rental car company. A valid driver’s license will be
required prior to renting a car. Car rental company age restrictions
will apply.
Responsibilities
Shamrock Golf Tours has contracted with independent
contractors in securing and booking the services provided in their tours and
is not responsible for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent
contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. Shamrock
Golf Tours gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel
conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for golf,
hotels or other accommodations, they are acting not as principals but as agents
only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their
service. Shamrock Golf Tours is not responsible or liable, with respect to
person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity
however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. The
responsibility and liability of international air carriers are subject to international
conventions limiting their liability, which limitations of liability are contained
on the reverse side of your airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions
hereof.
